Samuel Joseph Kim, 70, died on July 2, 2026. He spent his career designing public infrastructure and his weekends photographing city streets, family celebrations, and Virginia landscapes.
He is survived by his wife, Grace; children, Ellen and Peter; and three grandchildren. His family will display a small selection of his photographs at the memorial.
